Funeral Service for Byron Keith Payne, age 25 of Eneas Street, will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 10:00am at Bethel Baptist Church, Meeting Street. Officiating will be Rev. A. DeWitt Hutcheson assisted by Major Vernitta Hepburn and Major Carol Roberts. Interment will follow in the Fox Hill Cemetery, Fox Hill Road.
