Funeral service for
Carlton Walter Thompson, 56
a resident of Hamilton Subdivision, will be held at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Claridge & Robinson Roads, on Saturday 20th May, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Deacon Andrew Burrows. Interment follows in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Left to cherish his memories are his children: Tikita, Tawana and Carl Thompson; adopted daughter: Krishna Rolle; grandchildren: Eddricko and Talia Fisher, Tavano Kemp, Adanya Minnis and Renaldo Sawyer Jr.; adopted granddaughter: Kianna Seymour; sisters: Patricia Munnings, Nursing Officer Ingrid, Kevar and Nicole Thompson and Raquel Dorsett; brothers: Mark, Trevor and Walter Nakia; nieces: Tamara Strachan-Weise and Shinell Green; nephews: Tamiko and Stephen Williams, Dion Thompson and Keno Taylor; nephew-in-law: Leroy Weise; grand nieces: Ashlee. Athaleyah and Amelah Weise; grand nephew: Armani Weise; numerous aunts and uncles including: Attorney James Thompson (Freeport, G.B.) and Contractor Hesley B. Thompson; cousins: Atty. Kwasi Thompson (Freeport), Lorenzo Rolle Sr., Richard Stuart, Aneaka Laing, Rose Levarity, Erma Stubbs and Margaret Rolle; other relatives and friends including: Neenah Thompson-Rolle, Willadene Bain; the entire Bannister family, Norman Smith and family, Robert Hall and family, Eddricko Fisher, the neighbor-hood of Hamilton Subdivision especially Barry and family, The Nassau Flight Services staff (Maintenance Dept.), NAD, American Eagle, Delta Staff (L.P.I.A.), the doctors at Doctor’s Hospital, I.C.U. staff at Doctor’s Hospital and Doctor Rolle of the Princess Margaret Hospital - Trauma Unit and many others too numerous to mention; Special thanks to Dr. Arlington Lightbourn and the Wellness Clinic staff, Nurse Wring and The Angels Elite Nursing Services Staff.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
