Myrtle Rosemary Albury (nee Bethel), 76
of York Avenue, passed away peacefully at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Thursday, March 23, 2017.
Myrtle was predeceased by her husband: Albert; son: Albert “Bert;” parents: Chester and Neva Bethel; siblings: Russell Bethel, Nina Bethel, Ruby Pinder and Molly Chappelle.
Myrtle is survived by her daughters: Marlene and Constance “Connie” Albury; adopted son: Steve Elliot; special cousins: Joan Hayling and Margaret “Peggy” Curry (of Marsh Harbour, Abaco).
She is also survived by four sisters: Evelyn Sweeting, Beryl Beverly, Dorothy Cox and Violet Bethel; three brothers-in-law: Gerald, Fred and Stanley Albury and their spouses; numerous nieces and nephews including: Robin and Myrtle Pinder; friends: Jeanne Sands, Frances Roberts, Christine Wong and the staff of Smitty’s Pharmacy, Palmdale, Denise Paulos Laurent and Patricia Albury (of Man-O-War Cay, Abaco.)
