Alice Lightbourne, 70
of Nassau East will be held on Saturday at Zion Baptist Church, East & Shirley Street at 10:00a.m. Officiating will be Pastor. T. G. Morrison assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Garden Cemetery.
Alice has left wonderful memories to be cherished by her husband of 50 years: John Lightbourne; Son: Police Sargent 658 Gray Lightbourne; daughter-in-law: Tamara Lightbourne; Three Sisters: Sandra Grey, Carolyn Sweeting and Loreen Miller; Eight Sisters-in-law: Suzanne Hall, Addielaine Hall, Minister Roselda Woodside, Inez Knowles, Otan, Rosenell, Pandora and Althia Lightbourne; Seven Brothers-in-law: Clyde Miller, Sydney, Joshua, and Caleb Lightbourne, Pastor Harvey Woodside, Prince Knowles, Pat Neely; seven Aunts: Mary Outten, Ruth, Naomi, Silvia, Hazel and Monique Hamilton and Mattie; Uncles: Sherlock Hamilton and Calfred Hamilton; three grandchildren: Alexus, Alexia, and Aaron Lightbourne; Nieces and Nephews: Samuel and Denise Mackey, John and Sansha Bain, Anthony and Patricia Edgecombe, Dwayne and Latazia Stuart, Darron and Ellen Hall, Pheron and Suzette Moss, Lamount, Ruben, and Theron, Monique, Debra,and Shakeria; Caregiver – Blanche; and a host of friends and relatives including: Ella Davis, Denalee Mackey and Family, Anthony and Wesley Bastians, Richard Dudley, Thomas Smith, The Storr’s, Dawkin’s, Woodside’s, and Knowles family, Iris Smith and Family, the Pastor and Zion Baptist Church Family (East & Shirley Street), Philadelphia SDA Church family, Diago Penn and Family, and the Miller family, and numerous other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respect at Evergreen Mortuary, Collins Avenue & 5th Terrace, Centreville on Friday from 10:00a.m. -6:00p.m. and again at the church from 9:00a.m. until service time.
