Alva Lucinda Thurston, 91
a resident of Ridgeland Park East & formerly of Knowles’, Cat Island will be held at Southside Christian Church International, Carmichael Road West & Dignity Gardens, on Sunday, 22nd October, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Apostle Dr. C. Clifford Smith III, assisted by other Ministers of Religion. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John f. Kennedy Drive.
Alva was pre-deceased by two sons, Captain Stanley “Doc” Thurston and Bryan Frank Thurston.
