Funeral Service For
Mr. Hermon Asa McKinney, 61
of Bannerman Town, Eleuthera will be held on Friday, October 27th, 2017 at 11:00am at Salem Union Baptist Church, Taylor Street. Officiating will be Pastor Heuter B. Rolle assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Old trail Cemetery, Old Trail Road.
Left to cherish his memories are his three (3) sisters: Eula Rolle, Barbara Horton and Glendina McKinney; five (5) brothers: Chief Correctional Officer Eugene McKinney, Correctional Sergeant Wellington McKinney, Varian, Hilton and Julian McKinney; Brother-in-Law: Felix Rolle Sr.; Uncle: Bishop Alfred Cooper; Aunts: Edith Cooper and Mildred McKinney of USA; fourteen (14) nieces including: Miranda Horton; fifteen (15) nephews including: Minister F. Lancaster Rolle, Kenton Moultrie, Chauncey Rolle, Christopher Horton, Celeto McKinney; adopted brother: Errol McPhee; niece-in-law: Monique Rolle; nephew-in-law: Charles Davis Sr.; numerous grands and great grand nieces and nephews; cousins including: D.S. Rolle, Marie Lightbourne; Special Friends: Rosetta Armbrister, Keva Lockhart and James Rolle; Bert McKinney, George McKinney and family, Lawerence and Margaret Thurston and family,James Sands, James Ward, Mr. Mackey, Mr. Drummer, Mr. Granger, Phillip and Fristina McPhee; Charles and Eleanor Rolle and family, Cecil and Irma Williams and family, Ruth Williams, George Bullard, Emily Miller; The children of the late Rev. Lavania Stewart; Annie Taylor and Gladys F. Butler, Charles McKinney, Anne Fox, Ellen Thurston, Margaret Rolle, Alsaida Curry, Merle Kemp, Alfreda Moxey, Mervin and George Cooper; and the entire McKinney families of Whyms Bight and Deep Creek and South Eleuthera Communities.
Friends and Relatives may pay their last respects in The Chapel of Shalom at Serenity Funeral Home and Crematorium on Thursday (TODAY) from 12:00noon to 5:00pm and at the church on Friday from 9:30am to service time.
