A Funeral Service for STEVEN WILLIAM ALBURY, AGED 66, who passed away peacefully at his home in Marsh Harbour, Abaco, The Bahamas on 22nd March, 2018, will be held at Caitlin Grace Gym, Marsh Harbour on Sunday, 8th April, 2018 at 2:30 p.m.
Brother Kent Sawyer and Brother Kevin Sawyer will officiate and interment will follow in the Garden of Memories, Marsh Harbour, Abaco.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 41 years, Levon; son, Regnar; daughter, Megan; granddaughter, Natayla; grandson, Jensynn and his loving and faithful cat, “Smarty”.
He is also survived by his adopted daughters, Stacey Elden and Laura Albury; sisters, Gwendolyn Russell and family; Gaye Albury and family; Pauline Sawyer and family; brother Greg Albury and his wife, Gillian and Julie Sawyer Albury and family.
In Laws, Curtis and Clio Sands and family, Dan Thompson and family, Betty and Steve Bethel and family, Ivy Russell and family, Lowell and Eleanor Albury and family, Mike and Joyce Thompson and family, Renee Thompson and family, Scott and Nancy Thompson and family; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and many special friends.
Steve was pre-deceased by his parents, Ancil and Mable Albury; his sister Yvonne and her husband, William Thorndycraft; brothers, John (Jack) Albury, M.B.E., and Larry Albury, father-in-law, Percy Thompson and mother-in-law, Elsie Thompson; brothers-in-law, Gary Thompson, Curtis Sawyer, Franklyn (Frankie) Russell, M.B.E. and his son, Garret Russell, Tommy Thompson and Hartwell Russell; sister-in-law, Kay, her husband, Bradley and their son, Daryl Fox, sister-in-law, Charlene Thompson and her daughter, Melissa Sands.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to help his beloved granddaughter, Natayla Albury, to further her education in the medical field. Donations may be made at Scotia Bank, Account No. 9466.
