Funeral Service for Deloris Knowles-Mckinney, age 80 of Eneas Lane and Meadows Street will be held on Saturday, September 1st, 2018 at 10a.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Boyd Road. Officiating will be Monsignor Alfred Culmer, assisted by Deacon Peter Jones. Interment will follow in The Church’s Cemetery.

Karae and Rohan McKinney; Granddaughter: Shanae Scavella; Great Grandchildren: Mario Jr., Amari, Shanario, Mariah, Avante’, and Cameron; Brother: Edwin Newbold (Ruth); Uncle: Kenneth Higgs; Nieces and Nephews: Children of the late Alfred and Roslyn (Knowles) Richie - Rodger, Ruth, Amanda, Elizabeth, John and Sean, Children of Edwin Newbold – Edwin Jr. and Stephen, Children of the late Gerald Dean and the late Pecola McKinney - Henry, Edward, Willamae, Pecola, and Tammie; Cousins: Children of Kenneth and the late Thelma Higgs – Kenneth, Bernard, Donna, Dwight, Albert, Gregory, Pamela, and Charlene, Children of the late Livingston (Sam) and the late Eliza Higgs - Deborah, Joan, and Larry, Children of the late Oliver and the late Olga Higgs – Theresa, Antoinette, Glen, Wayde, Daniel, Eucharia, and Charles, Children of the late Eric and the late Pearl Higgs – Cathy, Carol, Eva, Brenda, Jerry, Eric Jr., Wilfred and Eugene, Son of the late Cecil and the late Avis (Higgs) Hart – Kenneth Hart; Godchildren: Robert Coakley and Broderick Deveaux and a host of other relatives and friends including: Agnes Scavella, Bertha Bain, Alan and Christine (Rolle) Thompson, Sheila Wilson, Bloneva Brown, and Children of the late Doral Bain and many others too numerous to mention.
The body will repose in the Blessed Redeemer Chapel at Ferguson’s Funeral Directors, 7th Terrace Collins Avenue on Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
