Mrs. Gertrude Gibson 57 years of Red Bays, North Andros who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital, Friday, 17th August, 2018.
"Gertie" is survived by her husband John David Gibson; Son: Anwar Gibson (Christina); Daughter: Johnequa Gibson (Jerome); Adopted Children: Shenequa Miller, Natasha Newton, Indiana Colebrooke, Kim Parkinson and Pauline Clarke; Grandchildren: Anora, Anwarnique, Aqueta, David, Ciara, Anwar Jr. Niia, Trevor, Tenaj, Diamond, Deshawn, Jeremey, Alesha, Alisha, Allison, Anisha, Dillion, Tashanee and Tashane; Brothers: Minister Mackey Knowles, Rudolph Jr., Philip, Emette, Norman, Rudolph 3rd, Jim, Pike, Shelton, Decoda, Coco, Deargo, Michael, Rufus, Bradley, Ervin, Rick and Deangelo; Sisters: Martha Knowles, Angela Stuart, Tiny, Shamara, Darnell, Janet Knowles, Falisha Hendricks and Barbara Campbell; Uncles; Elias, Alvin, Clarence Colebrooke; Aunts: Mary, Elizabeth, Vangie, Wyianna Colebrooke. The Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, 8th September, 2018 @ 11:00 a.m. at the New Salem Baptist Church, Red Bays, San Andros.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 at the Chapel of Remembrance St. Ambrose Funeral Home, Market Street, 12:00noon-7:00p.m
