Ms. Zelma Simmons age 85 years of Hay Street & formerly of Knowles’ Cat Island passed away at the Princess Margaret’s Hospital on Saturday December 1st 2018. She is survived by her 5 daughters: Margaritta Maria Sands, Lorene Strachan, Portia Romer, Faylene Williams, Renee Minott; 4 sons: Theologus & Theofanis Cochinamogulos, Mathew Simmons & Braithe Ferguson Sr.; 9 sisters: Ivalene Hall, Madline & Loretta Simmons, Lerlean Storr, Polleymae & Madiemae Simmons, Senora Gilbert, Magery Smith & Marilyn Fowler, 6 brothers: Dr. H. A. Simmons, Rev. Dan O. Simmons, Morris, Berkley, Pedro & Ednal Simmons; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
