RICHARD HERBERT CULMER affectionately called “BUFF, COOKIE” age 58 years of #26 Major’s Subdivision, Collins Avenue died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018.
He is survived by his Wife: Marie Culmer; Son: Rickend Williams; Daughters: Ashtin Culmer, Lauren Williams and Gabriel; Brother: Kenton Thurston and R. H. Culmer; Sisters: Velma Johnson and Grace Russell and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
