Funeral Service for the late Tracy Randy Black age 24 years of #46 St. Vincent Avenue, Elizabeth Estates will be held on Saturday, January 20th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Living Waters Church of God, Marshall Road. Officiating will be Bishop Wilbet Rolle assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
