As requested by Patriarch Brother Vincent Mitchell who died on Thursday March 15, 2018, a private ceremony was held.
Patriarch Brother Vincent Mitchell was predeceased by his mother: Eloise Storr-Morrison; three older brothers: Paul Williams, Gladstone Morrison Jr. and Warren Morrison; father-in-law: Ortland H. Bodie, Sr.; brother-in-law: Alphonso R. "Al" Bodie and sister-in-law: Ellen Williams (Nee Bodie).
Cherish memories of Brother Mitchell will be remembered dearly by his loving and devoted wife of 30 plus years: Mrs. Sylvia Rebecca Mitchell (nee Bodie); their devoted children: Ortland H. Bodie III (Deidre Deanne) and Kenneth A. Newbold (Yasmin Nykenjie); their granddaughters: Rachea Rebecca and Kennedy Madison; his four (4) older children namely: Superintendent of Police Mary Mitchell; numerous grand and great grandchildren: P.C. Laytoya and Eltino Mitchell and SirMar Rolle: his godchildren: Latasha Burnside, Troyva Sweeting and Danna Brown-Salabie and Family; brothers in Christ: Shervin James and Winston Graham, The Justification by Faith Bible Study Group; his sister: Barbara Lazzar and her children and grandchildren of New York, his brothers-in-law including: Ortland H. Bodie, Jr. (Antoinette) and Rev. Prince O. Bodie (Donella); his sisters-in-law: Alice L. Bain and Family, Althea Stuart and family, Natalie Deal and Family, John and Glorena Jackson and Family, Venus Ryan and Family, Reorien Rolle and Family, Nancy Rigby and Family and Carrie Morrison and family; other relatives and friends including: The family of the late Rev. Dr. Ortland H. Bodie Sr. in the Bahamas, Europe and the throughout the United States of America, The children of the late Alphonso R.
