Funeral service for Loretta Madeline Simms, of Tuckaway Road, Nassau, The Bahamas, who died at Doctors Hospital, Collins Avenue, Nassau, on Sunday, 13th May, 2018, will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Shirley Street, Nassau, on Saturday, 19th May, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
Father Anselm Russell assisted by Deacon Keith Roberts will officiate and interment will follow in the Church Cemetery, Shirley Street.
Loretta is survived by her husband, Lawrence; her daughter, Theresa; her sons, Kevin and Anthony; her daughters-in-law, Mariann and Jill; her grandchildren, Jessica, Madeline, William and Zachary; her sister, Melba Gallinger; her brothers, Samuel and Bert Sawyer and a host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special thanks is extended to Father Anselm Russell, Deacon Keith Roberts and the members of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church and her caregivers, Ivy, Maria, Maureen, Thelma and Theresa.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Kemp's Funeral Home Limited, 19 Palmdale Avenue, Palmdale, on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
There will be no viewing at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Nazareth Centre, P. O. Box N. 8187, Nassau in memory of Mrs. Loretta M. Simms.
