Mr. Oswald Elkanah Higgs affectionately called George age 69 years of Antigua Street, Golden Gates #2 and formerly of Turks and Caicos Islands passed at his residence on Monday, May 28th, 2018.
He is survived by his loving and devoted Wife: Sybrena Higgs; Sons: Stefano, Don and Mark Higgs; Daughters: Nicoyas and Neveka Higgs; Brothers: Noel, Leroy and Audley Higgs; Grandchildren: Leanna, Donovan and Rihanna Higgs, Andrew, Lyndero and Julian Johnson and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
