He survived by his wife of 39 years, Narila Dean Octavien; Children: Altena, Joseline, Jocelyn and Johnny Octavien, Eden, Kirky and Vicent Dean and Fredrick; Brother: Raoul Octavien; Sisters: Cyntia and Rosemarie Octavien; 20 Grandchildren; 12 nieces; 11 nephews a host of other relatives and friend.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
