A funeral service for the late Anthony George Zervos, age 81 of Sears Road, Nassau, The Bahamas, who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital, Shirley Street, Nassau, on Tuesday, 18th September, 2018, will be held at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, West Street, Nassau, on Saturday, 28th September, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
Reverend Irenaeus Cox will officiate and interment will follow in Western Cemetery, Nassau Street, Nassau.
He is survived by his wife, Kala Zervos; brother, Evangelos G. Zervos; stepson, Drue Lowe; step granddaughter, Madison Lowe; brothers-in-law, Lester and Dalton Weech and many other relatives and close friends including the Zervos, Louis, Tsavoussis families and many other relatives and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be sent to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, P.O. Box N. 823, Nassau or its Feeding Ministry; The Lord's Kitchen which has cooked and given away over 71,000 free meals to the hungry, poor and needy during the pat 32 years, in memory of Mr. Anthony G. Zervos.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Church, on Saturday, from 12:00 noon until service time.
Trisagion Prayers will start at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday at the Church.
