Funeral service for the late Joycemae Higgins Arnett age 71 years of Pinewood Gardens and formerly of Betsy Bay, Mayaguana will be held on Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Edmond Street off Dolphin Drive. Officiating will be Brother Calvin Thompson. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
She was predeceased by her husband: Kermit Arnett; parents: Howard and Elsaida Higgins; brothers: Hesley and Walton Higgins; Sisters: Ezerlee and Alagtha Higgins;

Viewing will be held in the Irenic Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
