Funeral service for the late Captain Benjamin Roosevelt Francis affectionately called “Ben” age 63 years of Bailey Town, Bimini, Bahamas will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady and St. Stephen Anglican Church, Alice Town, Bimini, Bahamas. Officiating will be Father Colin Saunders. Interment will follow in the Public Cemetery, Porgy Bay, Bimini.
Left to cherish the memories of Captain Benjamin Francis are his son Anthony Francis, Sr. daughter Alicia Sands; 6 grandchildren: Anthony Jr., Antonia, Adonte, and Desirae Francis, Shavano and Trevor Sands; 1 son in-law: Steven Sands; 2 brothers: Bishop Jeffrey B. Francis, Sr., and Peter Francis; 1 sister: Elizabeth A. Viewing will be held in the Irenic Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Thursday (TODAY) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and again at Our Lady and St. Stephen Anglican Church, Alice Town, Bimini on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday.
