MS. HAZEL PATRICE PENN, age 62 years of #18 Coral Reef Estates II, Freeport, Grand Bahama died at Mount Sinai Hospital, Miami Beach, Florida on Wednesday, April 17th, 2019. She is survived by her children: LaToya Smith-Rolle and Retired Sergeant 1575 Byron Rolle, Ashley Penn-Nixon and Dominic Nixon, Sergeant 2706 Corey Rolle and Wandrea Rolle; grand-daughters: Bynaj and Kiarra Rolle; grandsons: Blake Nixon, Keron, Corey Jr., and Cailen Rolle; surviving mother: Evangeline Penn; sisters: Dr. Jacqueline Penn-Knowles, Anya Penn-McIntosh and Nadia Smith; brothers: Anthony, Rudyard Jr. and Ricco Penn, Delton Bannister, Cecil, Ricardo and Kino Smith; sisters-in-law: Diahann Sawyer, Naomi, Raquel and Stephanie Smith; brothers-in-law: Charles Knowles and Jevon McIntosh; aunts: Elizabeth Brennen, Alice Coakley, and Cynthia Conyers; uncles: Arthur Brennen, Edward Penn, Vernon, Daniel, and Dwain (Sr.) Wilkinson, Ivan Conyers and Arthur Coakley; nieces: Monique Bowe-Rolle, Raquel, Rajanique and Antineze Penn, Jayla McIntosh, Naya Neely, Shavantai, Rickeisha, Tessa, Tazie, Reagan and Rickera Smith, Robertha Sweeting and Amelia Hall; nephews: Dexter and Denicco Penn, Ricardo “Valentino”, Patrick Jr., Rinardo and Keano Smith, Robert Sweeting Jr., and Constable 4025 Antonio Hall; nieces-in-law: Shavon and Angela Penn; nephew-in-law: Mark Rolle and a host of other persons that were near and dear to Hazel’s heart.
