Matriarch Joylean “Joy” Ellen Miller–Bain

Funeral service for the late Matriarch Joylean Ellen Miller–Bain affectionately called “Joy” age 98 years of Kenya Ave, Flamingo Gardens and formerly of Mangrove Cay & Kemp’s Bay, Andros will be held on Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Chippingham Church of God, Rosebud & Eden Streets. Officiating will be Bishop Carl Dennis Lafrenier assisted by others Ministers. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.

Joylean was predeceased by her husband Charles Bain, sons Carl, Clarence, and Arthur Bain and James Bethel, Son-in-law, George Turner;Left to cherish her life and legacy are her children: Naomi Bain-Turner, Nurse Maureen Bain-Ellis and Ethimae Bain-Hill; Thirteen Grandchildren Three of whom predeceased her: Hayden Deno, Celestial and Jerome Bain. Viewing will be held in the “Celestial Suite” at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Limited, Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
