Funeral Service for the late Mr. Samuel Levi Mackey age 69 years of Charles Vincent Street will be held on Saturday, August 17th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Rhodes Memorial Methodist Church, Mountrose Avenue. Officiating will be Rev. Cecil Newbold assisted by Rev Carl Campbell. Cremation will follow.

Sammy was predeceased by his beloved Wife Yvonne, Parents: Herbert Sr and Lottie Mackey, Daughter LeCreach Mackey- Hall; Brother Kalvol Mackey.

Left to cherish memories are his Sons: Wayde Mackey, Sharran (Kawanna) and Shane (Liz) Thompson; Adopted son: Sherman Simms; Daughters: Samantha, Shannan and Telethia Mackey, Shantel Johnson; Daughter-in-law: Edith Bastian-Mackey; Son-in-law: Lazarus Johnson; Grandchildren: Shelia (Battler) Mackey-Blanc, Waydisha Mackey, Elkin Jr., Kalin and Tayshawn Roker, Amari Mackey, Leevi Davis, Zyaire, Zion, KaJun, Cedric Jr, and Nathan Hall; Great Grandchildren: Bella, Siah and Sabali Blanc; Brothers: Herbert Mackey Jr., Glenroy Mackey; Sisters-in-law: Joyce Mackey, and Cleora Mackey; Adopted sister: Doretta Rahaming; Uncle: Rev Cyril Ingraham (Pandora); Nieces: and Nephews: Keith (Deniece), Sandra, Raheim (Tyiesha), Zhavonne, Alex, Anwar, Melisa, Shavonne, Glenroy Jr, Gia, Reno, K. Viewing will be held in the Irenic Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
