Funeral Service for Deaconess Mrs. Winniefred Dawkins “Mother” Rolle age 87, of Winders Terrace and formerly of Old Bright, Cat Island will be held on Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at: Southside Christian Church International. Officiating will be Apostle Dr. C. Clifford Smith III assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.
Left to cherish her memories are Five Children: Elcinamae, Obediah, Alphaeus, Estherlene and Percy; Adopted daughters: Eileen Edwards, Vernica, Joyner and Rev.Joyann Mackey; Grandchildren: Tamika, Deon, Renaldo, Jarius, Aaliyah, James, Anneka, Annya, Jeremy, Bethany, Precious, Paris, Adriel and Adrian. Great Grandchildren: Noel, Noah, Kaliah, Keanna, Gabriel and Shanika. One sister: Marilyn Dawkins Rolle; Nieces: Patricia Stubbs, Paulette Rolle, Antionette Smith, Khyla Armbrose, Margaret Fynes, Co-Pastor Nadine Munroe, Katharine, Prescola Stubbs, Joanne McKenzie, Mizpah Strapp, Monica Hart, Adline Burrows, Julia Armbrister, Carlton Rolle, Elizabeth Hanna, Rev. Norris Williams, Susan, Lydia Williams, Meme Armbrister, Sheabamae, Maryann, Inetta, Caroline, Etter, Caroline, Jelitta, Monique, Stephanie Daniels and Bernie Thompson. The body will repose in the Blessed Redeemer Chapel at Ferguson’s Funeral Directors, 7th Terrace Collins Avenue, on Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
