He is survived by his wife: Deborah P Moxey; children 3 Sons: Stephen Q, Isaac, Latino Moxey; 3 daughters: Neshanda Moxey, Shenita Evans, Sherika Moxey; 1 adopted son: Donahue Adderley; 3 Sisters: Sheila Bain, Linda Rahming, Princess Pratt; 3 Brothers: Bertram, Jason, Livingston Moxey; 1 Aunt: Ira McPhee; numerous amount of grandchildren; 1 Great Grand nieces and nephews; cousins and other relatives and Friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
