Funeral service for
Percy Smith, 87
a resident of Minnie Street & formerly of San Salvador, will be held at Good News Seventh-day Adventist Church, Flamingo Gardens, on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Basil Sturrup, assisted by Pastor John Carey & Pastor Hugh Roach. Interment follows in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive.
CHILDREN: Valerie Smith, Wesley Smith, Karen Moss (Dr. Kevin Moss), Melanie Smith-Waller, Charmaine Smith-Allen (Kaven Allen), Francisco Smith (Vernita Smith), Trevor Stubbs, Sonia Deane (Perry Deane), and step son Roscoe Turnquest. SISTERS: Edna Whitfield of San Salvador, Carmita and Elizabeth of Pompano Beach, and Jane (Joyce) Milner of Atl., Georgia. GRAND CHILDREN: Erin Povey, Corrissa Ervin, Timothy Waller Jr., Sharad Forbes, Sharawn, Francisco Jr, Dominic, Rashad, Tramaine, Kendron and Keddrae Smith, Anya and Aprial Deane, Kevia, Kyle, and Khory Moss, and Trevorlisa Stubbs. GREAT GRAND CHILDREN: Michah Foster, Quinn Povey, and Amor Forbes. Numerous nieces and nephews CARETAKERS: Deborah Lindsay and Steve Rodgers SPECIAL FRIENDS: Mr. Garnett, Louise Dean, and Mazella Rahming.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 9:3:30 p.m. on Saturday & on Sunday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
