Funeral Service for
Mrs. Vynona E. Mackey, 66
affectionately called “Nonie”
 
of Johnson Road and formerly of Waterford, Eleuthera will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, 11 a.m. at Cooper’s Terrace Cathedral, Cooper’s Terrace off Kemp Road.  Officiating will be Bishop Robert A. McPhee assisted by Bishop Ivan Marshall.  Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
 
Left to cherish her precious memories are her husband of 42 years; Herbert Mackey; children:  Ashley (Viola), Jaime and Alexia Mackey, Jyna (Tony) Kemp; Grandchildren:  Ashley, Amia, Brittany, Brandon, Jaida, Camrin, Caelyn and Zyaire; Sisters:  Joan (Philip) Hilton, Thelma (Leige) Burrows, Naomi (Edison) Butler;  Numerous nieces and nephews including Regina (Wayne) Ingraham, Philip (Dorothy) Hilton, Sherwin (Samethia) Hilton, Natasha (Ray) Stubbs, Laverne (Demond) Thompson, Ian (Melanie) Hilton, Joann Hilton, Andre, Emmett (Naomi) Butler, Blaine Butler, Leigh (Michael) Watkins, Carla Burrows, Jonathon (Sabrina) Burrows and Nadia (Albert) Carey and others too numerous to mention; Grand-neices and nephews and cousins too numerous to mention.  Brother-in-law:  Bruce (Juliet) Mackey, Sisters-in-law:  Berthalee Mackey, Vernette (Wendell) Minnis, Nethalee Dantzler.
 
A host of other relatives and friends including Floyd and Margie Deveaux and family, Tony and Lauren Kemp & family, Charles Strachan and family, Alice Bonimy and family, Murietta Major and family, Teddy Cates and family, Sean and Harolene Pyfrom and family, Cooper’s Terrace Cathedral Family, Principal and Staff of Progress Academy, the entire Pyfrom,Mackey, Thompson and Gibson families, and the entire community of South Eleuthera, especially Water Ford and Rock Sound.

Friends can pay their respects at Legacy Memorial Mortuary #20 Claridge Road on Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and from 10am on Saturday until service time at the church.
