Funeral Service for Demetrios Roussos, age 76 of Treasure Cove and formerly of Kalymnos, Greece who died on Friday, January 4th, 2019 will be held on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 at 11 a.m. at East Sunrise Mortuary, #183 Baillou Hill Road & Cordeaux Avenue. Officiating will be Reverend Father Irenaeus J. T. Cox assisted by Alex Maillis. Body will be transported to Greece to be with his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his Wife: Elpiniki Roussos; Children: Mike, Manoli and Nicko Roussos; Grandchildren: Mya, Madyanna, Kiki, Elpiniki, Maria, Angeliki, Guilianna, Demetri and Dimitrios Roussos; Brother: Helias Roussos; Daughters-In-Law: Rosemary, Marianne and Calista; Caregiver/best friend: Dawn Steven; Numerous Nieces, Nephews & Cousins; Close friends: Stacy Adderley and family, Boysie Dennis and Family, Patrick Williams, Bernadette Burrows and Family, Gerard Rolle and Family, Ellis Major and Family, Bridgette Smith and Family, Artemissia Zervos and family, Terry Mosko and Family, Nick Gatis, The Maillis Family, Robert Pearce and Family, Sandra Patricia Lanchippa Kuon, Sabrina and Tyrus Thompson, The Tsvoussis Family, George Skandalaris and Family, Edgar Burrows and Family, The Bahamas Rugby Football Union and its members, the entire Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church family.
Friends may pay their last respects at East Sunrise Mortuary, #183 Baillou Hill Road & Cordeaux Avenue from 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Friday and again from 10 a.m. at the church on Saturday until service time.
