George Skandaliaris, 90
better known as
“Mr. George”
of West Bay Street, Nassau, The Bahamas, who died peacefully at his residence on Monday, 21st January, 2019, will be held at the
Annunciation Greek
Orthodox Church, West Street, Nassau, on
Saturday, 26th January, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
Reverend Father Irenaeus J.T. Cox will officiate and interment will follow in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery, East Shirley Street, Nassau.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Skandaliaris; sons, Manoli, Anthony and John Skandaliaris; grandsons, Yiorgos and Andreas Skandaliaris; granddaughter, Sofia Skandaliaris; daughters-in-law, Philippa and Maria Skandaliaris; nephews, Manoli, Tony and George Kolyvas; nieces, Angelina Coyle, Kalliope
and Angeliki Skandaliaris, Angeliki and
Vassoula Skandaliaris and many other relatives and close friends.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Church, on Friday, 25th January, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m and again on Saturday from 9:30 p.m., until service time.
Instead of flowers the family request that donations be sent to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, P.O. Box N. 823, Nassau in memory of George
Skandaliaris.
