Funeral service for Joseph Thurston age 86 years and a resident of #82 Lunar Boulevard Freeport, Grand Bahama will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday 26th, January 2019 at Agape House Pioneers Loop Freeport, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Apostle Anthony Grant and Anne Grant. Cremation will follow.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Valarie Wright-Thurston; sons: Trevor Clare (Sarah Clare), Dwain Clare, Joseph Thurston Jr. (Kelly Thurston) and Sadat Thurston (Melissa Thurston); daughters: Susan, Kenny and Ann; sisters: Idell Allyne, Izdna Colebrooke, Irene Davis; brothers: Hubert Thurston (Rachel), Jeremiah Thurston; sisters- in- law: Clarice Ferguson (Henry Ferguson), Bethsheba Gibbs (Herbert Gibbs); brothers- in- law: Philip Wright (Emma Wright), Glen Wright, Tyrone Wright (Donname Francis Wright) Joel Higgs (Mildred Higgs) Ike McKenzie; grandchildren: Allyna, Isaac, Jacob, Jannah, Damelia, Clare Butler (Ricardo Butler), Dwain Clarke Jr., and Shanell; nieces and nephews and A host of other relatives and friends including: Sybeline and Harold Russell, Rosita Rene Martin and Ira Smith, Doctors and Nurses in Emergency and Male Surgical Ward of the Rand Memorial Hospital.
