Funeral service for the late Virginia Hepburn, affectionately called “Tunna” age 73 years of Lakeshore Road, Big Pond and formerly of Orange Creek, Cat Island, who died on 31st December 2018, will be held on Saturday, 26th January 2019, at 2:00 p.m., at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Baillou Hill and Wulff Roads. Officiating will be Canon Basil Tynes, assisted by Father Donald Kerr. Interment will follow in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen & Spikenard Roads. Left to cherish precious memories are her Daughter: Catherine (Laura) Pinder; One Sister: Eliza Hepburn; Sixteen Nieces: Deborah Smith, Kathleen Daxon, Christina Hepburn-Adderley, Sharmine Hepburn-Saunders, Shanell Saunders, Naomi McPhee, Lillian Bethel, Williamae, Olgamae, Idamae, Agnes, Evamae, Coralmae, Denice, Emma and Vera Moss; Thirteen Nephews: Charles Moss, Reuben Johnson, Harold Hepburn, Alworth Rolle, Sylvanus and Lynden Hepburn, Daniel, Rupert, Brandell, Pembroke, Joe Flowers and Nathaniel Stubbs; Numerous Grand & Great Grandnieces and Nephews, and a host of Other Relatives & Friends especially: The Williams Family, The Dean Family, The Pratt Family, The Community of Orange Creek, Cat Island, The Strawn Vendors Community, The Staff of the Princess Margaret Hospital, A & E and Female Medical II, The Staff of Geriatrics Hospital and The Community of Big Pond Subdivision. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Funeral Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street off Market and East Streets on Friday from 10:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the church from 1:00 p.m., until service time.
