Funeral service for Valentino “Porky” Flowers-Cox, age 37 of Kemp Road will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 11:00am.m at Pentecostal Church of Faith in God, Bell Road, Montel Heights. Officiating will be Pastor Dean M. Wells assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in The Old Trail Cemetery, Abundant Life Road.
Valentino was predeceased by his Brother Antonio Flowers Cox, his Grandmother Kathleen Flowers McPhee, Aunt Shirleymae Cox, Grandfather Joel Cox and Uncle Tyrone Cox Sr.
Valentino was dearly loved by his Mother: Cynthia Flowers Demeritte; Father: Jeffrey Cox, Stepfather: Evelt Fleurimond; (3) Children: Valentina, Angel and Valentino Jr.; (4) Stepchildren: Geno, Gerno, Gia and K’thea Gray; (4) Brothers: Peter, Ian, Damien Demeritte and Arlington Lightfoot Jr.; (4) Sisters: Tammy, Joenel, Mazie Cox and Mykia Percentie. The Body will repose in the Blessed Redeemer Chapel at Ferguson’s Funeral Directors, 7th Terrace Collins Avenue on Friday from 12 noon – 6p.m. and on Saturday at the Church from 10a.m. until service time.
