Funeral Service for Stephene Delva, age 76 of Bellot Road and formally of Haiti, will be held on Saturday, March 9th, 2019 at Carmichael Evangelical Church, Carmichael Road at 11:30a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Wilney K. Joseph assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens Cemetery, Soldier Road.
Left to cherish fond memories are his Wife: Cecile- Gertha Saintil Delva; One Son:- Liphanie Delva; 4 Daughters: Gertrude, Stephanie, Island and Nekita Delva; 2 Adopted Sons:Patrick Saintil and Johnny Saintil; 21 Grand Children: Ashley and T’mya Delva, Myranique Pierre, Faith Delva, Joshua St. Louis, Marion Pierre, Tiarah Mcphee, O’marion Pierre, Trayvon, Tory and Steven Delva, Patricia and Patrick Saintil Jr, Makenley Lovince, Nephtalie and Djeffnaida Tossaint; Nephews: Nelson, Ernst, Luckenssy, Alain, Jean Claude Deva; Sadat Delva and Villace Delva and Family; Nieces:- Jacqueline Delva, Dedet Delva, Roseline Delva andLamercie Delva, Brother-in-law: Mondesi Saintil, Sister-in-law:- Denise Saintil, Goddaughters: Hennrietta Louis, Wilbendar Duverne and Roseline Alce; Numerous Cousins: Ernest Delva, Ruth Vincent, Jessie Vincent, Omar and Stacy Cadet, Leonne, Celius, Gilik, Tommy, Tommyco and Tommya Dervis, Jackson, Washington, Nodem and Gorgette Castillo. The body will repose in the Blessed Redeemer Chapel at Ferguson’s Funeral Directors, 7th Terrace Collins Avenue, on Friday from 10:00 am - 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10:30a.m. until service time.
