Funeral Service for Mrs. Joy Eleanor Cleare-Higgs age 65 of Harbour Island Eleuthera The Bahamas, who died at her niece’s residence #403 Village Road February 28th will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 16th, 2019 at Wesley Methodist Church Harbour Island Eleuthera The Bahamas. Rev. L. Carla Culmer assisted by Rev. Henry Knowles and other Ministers will officiate and interment will follow in St. Catherine’s Cemetery Harbour Island Eleuthera, The Bahamas.
She leaves to Mourn Her husband Deacon Wade Carl Higgs Sr.,
Three sons Devon & Juan Sawyer & Wade Higgs Jr.
Three Daughters Delvita & Deaundra Sawyer & Inga Higgs
Seven sisters Consuela Saunders, Marguerite Pennerman, Maxine Miller, Elaine Aranha, Lemmie Malcolm, Deacon Jennifer Cleare & Eulene Johnson
Two brothers Jack & Richard Cleare
Four grandchildren Akeelah, Jaylin, Jayden & Joycee Sawyer.
Adopted Children Latarsha Cleare, Tekenia Taylor, Patrell Sands, Vana Roach, Tanya Farquharson, Wesley Emmanuel, Pascale Saunders, Stephan Francis, Michael Grant, Randall Curtis II and Larry Winder
Aunt: Margaret Mitchell of Michigan 24 nieces, 19 nephews
