Funeral service for
Frances Forbes, 89
a resident of Decantur, Georgia & formerly of Alexander Blvd., Nassau Village, will be held at Last Days Assembly Church, #34 Forbes Street, Nassau Village, on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. Officiating will be Pastor Ishmael Martin, assisted by Bishop Michael Ferguson, Bishop Anthony Johnson Sr. & other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment follows in Old Trail Cemetery, Old Trail Road.
She was predeceased by her Husband: Stanley Forbes Sr.; Sons: Norman Duncombe Jr. and Phillip Forbes.
Left To Carry On Her Legacy Are: Her Daughters & Their Families: Sis. Terrecita & Pastor Ishmael Martin & Family, Deborah & Samuel Mackey & Family, Angela & Ernest Taylor & Family; Her Sons & Their Families: Shedrick & Karen Forbes & Family, Theordore & Brenda Forbes & Family, Stanley & Norma Forbes & Family, Gregory & Donna Forbes and Family; Her 32 Grand Children & 38 Great Grand Children; Her Memories will be cherished in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, cousins, extended family and friends too numerous to mention including the Nassau Village Community, Decatur, Georgia Community, South Florida Community and the Last Days Gospel Assembly Church Family. Her work, life, love and words of wisdom will live in our hearts forever. May she continue to Rest In Peace!
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
