She is survived by Sons: Kurt and Karl Melnechuk: Daughters: Kim Chappelle and Kristi Melnechuk: Grandchildren: Leonard and Brenden Nutt, Bryanna Barber, Brittany Nixon and Kyla Foss; Great-Grandchild: Matthew Melnechuk; Adopted Children: Julie Hoffer, April Knowles and Carol Brown: Special Angel and Caregivers: Josphine Legaspi and Harold and Jennie Legaspi and a host of other relatives and friends.
