He is survived by his mother: Mrs. Catherine E. Clarke-McKenzie (David); wife: Mrs. Kettely Pageot; 6 sons, 5 daughters, 7 brothers, 6 sisters, 2 uncles, 5 aunts, numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
