Celebration of life for MS. HAZEL PATRICE PENN, age 62 years of #18 Coral Reef Estates II, Freeport, Grand Bahama and formerly of Nassau, New Providence will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Temple Assembly of God, Clive Ave., Freeport, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Pastor Vaughn Cash, assisted by Pastor Kersch Darville, Pastor Patrick Rolle, Pastor Wayne Thompson and Pastor Philip Munroe. Interment will follow at Grand Bahama Memorial Park, Frobisher Drive, Freeport, Grand Bahama.

Viewing will be held in the “Perpetual Suite” at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Limited, #11-A Coral Road, Freeport, Grand Bahama on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
