Funeral services for the late Hazel Victoria Terri Smith aged 68 of Sapphire Ridge Road will be held on Saturday May 4th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Anglican Church, Howard Street, Chippingham. Officiating will be Rev’d. Fr. DeAngelo Bowe assisted by other members of the Clergy. Cremation will follow.

Pre-deceased by her Father: Samuel Augustus Harris- Smith and Biological mother Olive Wankin. Sisters: Lavon Harris-Smith, Valerie. Brothers: Samuel Augustus ‘Gussy’ Harris-Smith, Wayne and Robert Wankin
