Funeral Service for Mrs. Beulah Victoria McCartney-Dean, age 78 years, a resident of Jacaranda Street, Pinewood Gardens, and formerly of Tarpum Bay, Eleuthera, will be held on Sunday November 10th, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at Grants Town Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Wellington Street. Officiating will be Pastor Leonardo D. Rahming, assisted by Pastor Jon Dorsett and Elder Michael McCoy. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
Beulah was predeceased by her husband Alvin Sonny Dean; parents: Peter and Remilda McCartney; brother: Ronald McCartney.
She leaves two children: Perry and Arnette Dean; step-daughters: Myra Ferguson (Hosea) and Deborah Dean (deceased); grandchildren; Sheneka (Cordreo) Oliver, Nakia Dean and Charles Hanna; step- grand children: Marcia Major, Montry Thompson, Anya Ferguson, Shazarah Humes (Terell) Danny Rolle (deceased) and Charless; great-grand children: Janeka Saunders Derrinique Oliver, Charles Hanna Jr., Malykha Hanna and Gregory Alvin Bullard; sisters: Rowena McCartney, Brenda Carey, Pricsilla King and Constance Ferguson; brothers: Henry Jean (Matilda) McCartney, Ronald McCartney (deceased) (Maxine), Kenneth (Sadie) McCartney, Fredrick McCartney, and Kirk (Mahalia) McCartney; Twelve nieces; Portia King, Denise King, Millicine McCartney (deceased) Shenique Gibson, Petula McCartney, Yvette Bailey, Shantell McCartney, Alexandria, Ashton Ferguson, Adrianna Ferguson, and Ashante Moxey, Kirknell McCartney; nephews: Randy McCartney, Ronald McCartney II, Kendrick McCartney, Fredrick King, kirk McCartney Jr., Martin McCartney, Coulton McCartney and Zanna Ferguson; other relatives including: Capt. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Cedar Crest Funeral Home and Crematorium Ltd, Robinson and Baillou Hill Roads, on Saturday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m., and at the church on Sunday, from 10:00 a.m until service time.
