Funeral service for the late Esphelene Sands age 74 years of Mermaid Blvd South will be on Sunday December 1 2019 at 11:00a.m. Officiating will be Pastors Paul Scavella assisted by other ministers of the gospel. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, J. F. Kennedy Drive.
Left to cherish our beloved Esphelene with fond memories are her Husband Charles Sands; Daughter: Calvina Sands; Son Louvin Sands Adopted Son: Derek Lightbourne; Grandsons Michael-Calvin and Calvonte Saunders, Brothers Christopher (Sandra) and Arnold Clarke (Helen deceased), Sisters Vernetia Curry, Blomfield Ferguson , Gelitha Humes (Godfrey), Anniemae Rahming (Derrington), Lorene and Charlene Clarke, numerous Nieces & Nephews including: Zack, Thomas, Christopher, Jeffrey, Ricardo, Anthony, Delcriato, Kirkwood, Kenaz, Harwood, Drs. Terrel and Trevon, Derrington, Garvin, Decaughan, Mable, Darnell, Christal, Shantel, Skye, Christina, Calutha, Blonneva, Keva, Kenvia, Kimberly, Fiona, Felita, Garnel, Chikera, Simone, Valencia, and others too numerous to mention, numerous grand nephews and grandnieces, special friends Mrs. Lisa Bethel, The Stubbs Family, The Rolle, Family, The Brown Family, The Smith Family, Jomar and Jermaine Bellamy, Ms. Eloise Mackey, Mrs. Francetta Stuart, Mrs. Joyce Burrows, and Mrs. Francis (Joy) Khan, the Mackey family, The Donald family, the Spence family, all the descendants of Devil’s Point, Old Bight, and McQueen Cat Island, and The Hillview S.D.A. Relatives and friends may pay their last respect at Evergreen Mortuary located on Collins Ave & 5th Terrace on Friday from 10:00a.m. - 5:30p.m. and again at the church on Sunday from 10:00a.m. until service time.
