Chantel Lachanze Kemp-Simmons, 47 years of 5900 Townsend Road, Jacksonville, Florida and formerly of Nassau, died at Doctors Hospital on Saturday, 28th September, 2019.
She is survived by her Mother: Arnetta Sands-Kemp; Father: Phillip Kemp I; Brother: Phillip (Chinique) Kemp II; Sister: Tonya (Darrin) Wyche; Nephews: Nicholas Wyche and Phillip Kemp III; Nieces: Tyler Wyche and Megan Kemp; numerous aunts and uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.
