Amalia Calixte, 88
of Abaco will be held at Believers Worship Center Church of God in Christ on Mt. Rose Avenue at 10 am. Officiating will be Supt. Sr. Pastor Doctor Alfredo Burrows. Cremation will follow.
Amanda Calixte departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 4, 2019. She was preceded in death by her two children Mary and David and her lifelong Partner Leonard Joseph.
Her memories will be cherished by her grandchildren: Moses, Ellen, Lavita, Davida David Jr. and Jennifer; two adopted daughters: Berline and Marie Bethel; Numerous great grandchildren: Shareen, Amanda, Moses Jr., Mary, Alintino, Moeisha, Jimmy Junior, Skyler, Dakoeta, Kiara, Mo’Angelo, Elliot, Prince, MaryAnn, King, Marckinky Jr.; Numerous nieces nephews in particular Frandiny Calixte; many loved ones including her son-in-law: Marckinkey; Family friends: Mr& Mrs Fenelus and family Sintalia, Mrs Ojay&Family Mr & Mrs Rasol including all of her neighbors and friends.
Friends may pay their respects on Saturday from 9am until service time at the church.
