Funeral service for Olive Gilothea Smith, 56 yrs., a resident of Young Street, will be held at Christ Community Church, Bellot Road, on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.  Officiating will be Bishop Deanza Cunningham. Interment follows in Old Trail Cemetery, Old Trail Road.
Left to cherish her memories are her 2 children: Dwight Smith and Olivia Stubbs; grandchildren: Omar, Marcus and Lomark Stubbs; 4 sisters: Nancy Smith-Bowleg, Sharon Smith-Rolle, Judith Bowe and Linda Smith-Louizius; 3 brothers: Lewis Smith Jr., Andy and Leroy Stevens; very special friend: Junior Niely; aunts: Ludell Pratt, Blossy Moss, Theresa Taylor, Clodella Arnette and Mary Pratt; son-in-law: Mervin Hanna; brothers-in-law: Pedro Bowleg, Michael Rolle, Otis Bowe and Nireste Louizus; nephews: David, Hillwood, Anthony Sr., Anton, Cody Wilkinson of RBDF,  Charles, Christon, Christopher, Gordon Smith Jr. of the Bahamas Custom Dept., Duran, Theodore and Aaron Newbold; nieces: Kisnel, Shonte, Kenizxe Wilson, Kendra Wilson, Charlene, Charlinda, Shay, Dera Moss, Koschina Smith and WDC 3246 Shantell Williams; thirty-seven grand nieces & nephews; numerous cousins, relatives & friends including: John Bain of Turks Island, Nelly Curry, Millie, Gereldine & family, Margaret & family, Johnathan & Paula, Mary-Jane, Donsey, Ruthie Irene, L.V., Dancer, the Young Street family, Musgrove family, Suzie & family, Peter Barr, Latoya Russell, Delano Williams, Mae, Cedimae, Jean & family, Sabrina & family, Randell Rolle, Kathrine, Anya, Sargeant Hilda, Stan & family, Fine Drexel, Angie, Kim, shine, Winifred, Brenda & family, Marcie of Freeport, City Meat Market family, PMH, ICU family, Meekie & the entire Windsor Lane family.
Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 12-6:00 p.m. on Friday & on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
