A funeral service for the late David Leckes Moree, Sr., age 89 of Windsor Estates, Nassau, The Bahamas, died at his residence on Friday, 27th December, 2019, will be held at Glad Tidings Tabernacle, Kemp Road, Nassau, on Sunday 5th January, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Reverend Irene Russell will officiate and interment will follow in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery, East Shirley Street, Nassau.
David was predeceased by his wife, Olive Beatrice Moree and son, Donald Moree, Sr.
He is survived by a son, David Moree, Jr., a daughter, Marilyn Moree; daughters-in-law, Sally Moree and Anne Marie Moree; grandchildren, Claire Wallace and Beth Moree; grandson, Donald Moree, Jr.; great grandsons, Shiloh Culmer and Levi Wallace; great granddaughters, Summer and Audrey Wallace and adopted daughter, Yvonne Roberts and many other relatives and close friends.
Instead of flowers the family request that donations be sent to Bahamas Heart Association, P.O. Box N. 8189, Nassau in memory of Mr. David Leckes Moree.
