Funeral Service for Doreen Bertha Major nee Allen, age 85 years, of Allen’s Terrace will be held on Saturday January 18, 2020 at 10:0a.m. at Grace Community Church, Palmetto Village. Officiating will be Pastor Rex Major, Pastor Lyall Bethell and other Ministers. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum John F. Kennedy Drive and Gladstone Road.

Predeceased by her three brothers Pastor Edward Allen, Charles Allen and Dr. Ted Allen

Left to cherish her memories are: Loving Husband: Oral Rex Ricardo Major;
Her Girls: Jewel Major, Gem Dickens, Jasmin Rodgers (Byron), and Jade Bryan (Don)
Grand-Children: Brazil, Beijing, and Baja Rodgers and Autumn and August Dickens

Persons attending the service are asked to wear bright colours. Her favourite colour was yellow.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to Nova Scotia Bank, Palmdale Branch, account Number 725-16. These Donations will be used for Doreen’s Favourite Philanthropic Passions.

Relatives and Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers’ Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Friday January 17, 2020 from 11:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. and at the church on Saturday January 18, 2020 from 9:00a.m. until service time.
