More 94 says Bodie suspended, but not terminated
IN the wake of reports from controversial talk show host Ortland Bodie Jr that he had been “terminated” by officials at More 94.9 FM, the radio station’s management yesterday denied the company fired him, saying he “was suspended from his usual duties as host” until internal matters could be resolved.
Bodie sorry for mistake on air
POPULAR radio talk-show host Ortland H Bodie Jr apologized yesterday to Lisa and Branville McCartney after erroneously reporting on air that a shooting had occurred at the Meridian School, which is run by Mrs McCartney on John F Kennedy Drive.
