Devynne Charlton, on the right in this file photo, is looking forward to competing at the Tokyp Olympics with her long time arch-rival Pedrya Seymour. Charlton joined Seymour in qualifying for the games, rescheduled for July 23 to August 8 in Tokyo, Japan, at the Miramar South Florida Invitational on Saturday. She matched the standard of 12.84 in the preliminaries.
