Essentially they are the same. If you are referring to the park and fort, then you are right. However, Dicks Point Close sits on the shore of Montagu Bay.

Montagu Bay goes from Fort Montagu around to Dick's Point...all the large homes east of the sailing club are classified as Montagu Foreshore...with the way the wind was blowing, the smoke blew over Montagu Foreshore.
