Easy. There is no legal recourse for residents. If they started some kind of legal action, it would cost hundreds of thousands in legal fees and stretch ten years or more.
Your neighbourhood is not the first to suffer in this manner. Look at what happened in Shirlea, Montagu Heights, etc...
I am sure others will produce more examples.

This has happened in a number of residential areas on this island of New Providence.Parts of Centreville and Palmdale are an example of this.Lack of enforcement and consideration of zoning regulations.

Well, this should be a lesson for this young lady. These gangsters who she got involved with is so terrible that they poison their friends minds against neighbors who isn't into the sh*ts they're into. This girl like most of their friends who are followers and don't have common sense, don't even speak to like me and others because we will tell her sorry, you're hanging with the wrong crowd or try to go home to your mother. I watch them everyday and this is only a taste of what will come soon. when you live a dangerous life what do you expect? It wasn't a surprise to me. Now she is a girl friend of one of the gangsters who the shot was for. All I can say is sorry to se yall lives wasted like that, I wish I had the power to give your lives what you don't value to others who are begging the good lord for another day.
