IN an article published in The Tribune on Wednesday, February 20, it was reported that a burglary and armed robbery accused did not call any witnesses in his defence. Jefferson Delancey’s did call a witness, Dr Harry Ferreira of the Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre, who testified about him being mentally challenged with an IQ of 61.
